The casings of our products are produced from 12mm and 4mm, 1st quality MDF chipboard board, after transferring the patterns on the backgammon floor, all surfaces of the backgammon sets are protected with 3 layers of filling varnish and 3 layers of bright polyester varnish is applied. While the inner and outer edges of the Backgammon Sets are painted with paint according to their patterns, they are protected with varnishes in the same layer. Stamping chambers made of acrylic are mounted after finishing and painting processes. High magnetic magnet is used in all wooden backgammon sets instead of opening and closing clips. Each product is placed in OPP nylon bags after quality-control and then boxed. The accessories come with the product, with stamps, dice and dice containers suitable for the product colors.
