Power amplifier board adopts the PBTL typical circuit design of two TPA3116 power amplifier chips, adding a circuit to prevent the impact of the switch, which can achieve the switch without causing speaker impact.
It uses a single power supply with anti-reverse connection, which can easily use universal adapters and switching power supplies, or ordinary linear transformers and rectifier filter plates. Most of the container parts adopt standardized patch technology, which is simple and stable. Design a special interface for the Bluetooth audio receiving module, built-in 5V voltage regulator circuit, you can easily DIY Bluetooth speakers. The output power is 100W X 2 (@21V), the board can be connected to 4 ohm, 6 ohm, and 8 ohm speakers.
Port description:
1. DC terminal: DC voltage 10-26VDC, current: recommended 10A or above, single power supply with anti-reverse connection, it is very convenient to use universal adapters and switching power supplies, it is recommended that ordinary linear transformers and rectifier filter plates are used. Power supply, linear transformer AC voltage is 12-15V (AC15V is the best)
2. Audio output terminal: Bluetooth Speakers or speakers, impedance 4 ohm, 6 ohm, 8 ohm, recommended power is 50W-150W.
3. External audio input interface: When the version without Bluetooth module or the version with Bluetooth module is selected, external audio can be input through this port, divided into L left channel, R right channel, and GND common.
4. External audio input switch: When the version without Bluetooth module is selected, the two pads need to be short-circuited together to turn on the external audio input.
5. External switch: version with Bluetooth module, which can be controlled by mobile phone, or add four external buttons for external control.
