Q: My car multimedia system is Android Auto, can I use this device?
A: Not recommended.
Because the Android Auto system cannot install any Apps directly.
The App needs to install on your android phone and connect our USB TPMS Receiver to your android phone via the USB port.
Then display the android phone screen on the Android Auto system.
It's not convenient for use.

Q: My car multimedia system is the CarPlay system, can I use this device?
A: Can not. It's can not connect to any Android device and install the android apps.

Q: Why the sensor reading is not accurate?
A:
Sensor pressure value accuracy is ±0.1Bar/±1.5Psi.
1. Please re-pair the sensors
2. If the readings of all 4 sensors are very different from your pressure gauge, please double-check the pressure gauge carefully. Because our sensors are all calibrated before shipment.

The sensors may be paired failure by the wrong steps.
It is recommended that you pair the sensors again.
The sensors need to be paired individually and in sequence.
Pairing multiple sensors at the same time may cause the sensors to be paired in the wrong position.

Q: Are there any special notice when installing the TPMS USB receiver?
A:
The connection between the sensors and the TPMS USB Receiver is wireless, and the transmission distance is 5-6 meters.
Please keep the TPMS USB Receiver away from electrical products or metal items to avoid electronic interference or signal blocking.
For example, the car is equipped with a driving recorder, DVD, and other equipment, recommended to keep the distance above 30 cm.

Q: Can I use the original TPMS.APP which is already installed by the android car radio seller?
A:
Not recommended.
Our TPMS.app is the newest version, which supports 11 languages.
Suggest you uninstall the original TPMS.app of the car radio. If can not uninstall it, please disable it in the app management. Otherwise, it will make OurTPMS app be conflict and not working properly.
