VAC9010H voltage and current meter is a new type of voltage and current meter that can measure voltage, current, charge and discharge capacity, time, power and other physical quantities. At the same time, it can also set parameters to achieve overvoltage protection, undervoltage protection, overcurrent protection, and overcharge capacity. Various protection functions such as protection and time-limited protection. The instrument uses color LCD to display the measured data, and the display information is comprehensive and user-friendly. This meter uses a Hall sensor to detect current, which is convenient and simple, and is very suitable for applications that need to monitor the output voltage and current, and charge and discharge the battery.
Main features
1. Two-way detection of current, for users who detect charge and discharge, they can automatically identify and detect two-way current without changing the wiring direction.
2. Power-off memory function, after power-off, the AH number before power-off can be memorized, which is convenient for observation and measurement.
3. The time and AH number reset function does not affect the next measurement.
4. The AH number can be filled up without affecting the direct discharge measurement.
5. Voltage, current, charging capacity AH number, WH number, time, power are displayed at the same time, the display information is comprehensive and clear.
6. With the output shutdown function key, the output can be flexibly turned on or off (relay is required).
7. It has protection functions such as over voltage, over current, over power, time limit, and over charge.
8. It can be calibrated online, which is convenient for customers to correct errors in time.
9. The display LCD screen can be turned off manually, or it can be turned off automatically one minute after reaching the minimum value. Please consult customer service if it needs to be always on.
10. To detect the current through the Hall sensor, just pass the wire through which the current passes through the round hole of the sensor. The current in both positive and negative directions can be detected, which is safe and convenient.

Header interface function and header size
Adding four copper pillars as the bottom can insulate the contact between the bottom solder joint and the surface, the size is 57*32*50mm; the modification to remove the copper pillar requires bottom insulation, the size is 56*32*44mm.
Wiring instructions
The following circuit diagram is the circuit in discharging mode. You only need to change the load to a charger when charging, without changing the circuit. The direction of the current enters from the front of the transformer, and the current is negative, that is, the remaining power of the meter decreases; on the contrary, the current is positive, and the remaining power increases.

In use, the positive and negative poles of the battery correspond to the positive and negative poles of the "BAT" on the expansion board. Be careful not to connect them reversely. Pass one of the positive or negative wires from the battery to the load through the hole of the Hall transformer, then connect the jumper cap to J4, and finally insert the positive and negative terminals of the battery into the expansion board "BAT ", just power it up.

In use, the positive and negative poles of the battery should correspond to the positive and negative poles of the "BAT" on the expansion board. Be careful not to connect it backwards. First, pass one of the positive or negative wires from the battery to the load through the hole of the Hall transformer, then connect the jumper cap to J3, and finally insert the positive and negative terminals of the battery into the " BAT”; the external power supply is connected to the Vext place, pay attention to the positive and negative external power supply voltage range of 10-60V, do not connect the wrong connection.

In use, pay attention to the battery wiring to correspond to the positive and negative poles of the "BAT" and not reverse. First, pass one of the positive or negative wires from the battery to the load through the hole of the Hall transformer, then press the jumper cap on J3, then connect the relay, and finally connect the positive and negative terminals of the battery Plug it into the "BAT" place on the expansion board, connect the external power supply to the "Vext" place, and the external power supply voltage range is 10-60V. Be careful not to connect the wrong connection. (Note: independent power supply matches the relay voltage)
Note: The relay needs to be equipped by the user, and there is no relay in the standard configuration.

(1) Test 12.00V voltage when no-load, the test value of the meter is consistent with that of professional instruments
(2) Test the 53.00V voltage when there is no load, and the test value of the meter is consistent with that of a professional instrument.
(3) The load current is 5A, and the test value of the meter is the same as that of a professional instrument. The difference in voltage value is caused by a voltage drop on the wire.
(4) The load current is 9A, and the test value of the meter is the same as that of a professional instrument. The difference in voltage value is caused by a voltage drop on the wire.
