This product is a small power induction heating machine that supplies power to DC48V with
a maximum current of 85A and a power of 4000W. Mainly used for heating and quenching of
small ferrous metal materials, with matching 70mL or 150ml graphite crucible, the maximum
temperature can reach 1600 degrees Celsius. It can easily melt iron, copper, gold, silver and
aluminum.

3. The heating ring is wrapped with high temperature insulation material to prevent short
circuit during heating and customize a specific heating coil;
4. The input terminal uses a large current power terminal, which can be directly connected to
a dedicated 100A power meter;
5. Send the matching water pump to the water ring of the heating coil, and send the

3. Work must be water-cooled and air-cooled at the same time. If any one of them does not \
work, immediately disconnect the power supply and contact the manufacturer for a solution;
4. If the conditional water cooling can be directly discharged by using cold water and hot
water,the circulation method is not adopted, so that the heat dissipation effect is better;
5. Long-term use of antimony should be prepared, graphite high-temperature heating will
react with oxygen to form carbon dioxide and gradually consume it;
6. Always pay attention to the changes of various parameters of the display, especially the
voltage and current and the temperature of the motherboard. Whenever an abnormality is
