1 Overview
The control module is an integrated three-phase sensorless brushless DC motor driver with advanced protection functions. Including power supply reverse connection, soft start circuit, overheat protection, stall protection and current limit protection. It is very suitable for sensorless motor applications and ideal for high-efficiency oil pump control. Achieved excellent power efficiency, making it a perfect solution for a centralized, low-cost, sensorless brushless DC motor system. With small size and long life, it is mainly used in small pumps and small motor fans.

4. Protection function description
4.1 Locked-rotor protection: When no valid BEMF can be determined at startup, the locked-rotor protection mode will be entered. After a few seconds, it will try to restart the pump. If the pump starts successfully, it will continue normal operation. However, if the pump still fails to start, it will return to the locked-rotor protection mode and will try again for a few seconds before restarting the pump.
4.2 Current limit protection: Once the load or locked rotor reaches the maximum power, the output current will enter the protection state and stop output. Once the current returns to normal, it will output normally again.
4.3 Over-temperature protection: When the internal temperature exceeds 150°C, it will enter the protection state and stop output. Once the internal temperature drops below 120°C, it will output normally again.
