2 open the pipe port, slowly place the water blocking airbag in the required position from this port, and then inflate the water blocking airbag to the appropriate pressure (according to the use pressure marked on the airbag head). Note that the water blocking airbag should not be placed at the key joint. The reasons are as follows:

(1) It is connected internally. Affect the sealing tightness.

(2) Inflate to one side with water and air, and the air pressure will not go up. If you continue to inflate, the air bag will be broken.

(3) For the municipal drainage pipe, the sand shall be cleaned, the inner wall shall be flat, and burr is not allowed, otherwise it will affect the sealing performance and even puncture the water blocking air bag.

(4) Water blocking airbags of various specifications must be used in corresponding pipelines, and cannot be replaced by small ones.

3 in order to prevent the air bag from being separated from the rubber hose, the air bag and the rubber hose shall be fastened with a throat clamp.

4 when inflating the air bag with the air pump, pay attention to the pressure display of the pressure gauge at any time. When approaching the pressure that the air bag can bear, turn down the gate valve and let the air bag inflate slowly until the air bag reaches the indicated air pressure. Do not inflate a lot to prevent airbag explosion and accidents.

5 in the process of handling the water blocking airbag, the airbag shall not be dragged to prevent damage to the outer wall of the airbag.
