Shipment and Payment:

1.    Payment must be made within 3 days of order and before shipping, thank you.
2.    Payment methods accepted: ALIPAY, T/T or western union
3.    Orders would be shipped within 3 working days upon receiving cleard payments when stock lasts. Delievery time depends on the shipping method, the following is the typical time:
      Faster courier(Such as EMS, DHL, UPS...) would take 3-7 days;
      Air mail(Hong Kong air mail, Singapore air mail) would take 10-20 days.
      Package might be delayed occasionally by the Customs or the carrier, we sincerely hope each customer could give a few more days when this happens.
3.    In order to ensure you receive you order tax free upon import, we will declare it as with a lower value. This lower price does not reflect the total price you paid or the market value of the product and may not apply to countries with different tariff rules. Any import charges or fees are the buyer's responsibility.

 
Terms:

1.    We provide 6 month year warranty. If the item is defective, please notify us within 3 days of delivery.
2.    All items must be returned in their original condition, in order to qualify for a refund or exchange of goods.

 
Return Policy:

1.    Items returned after 7 days of delivery are only eligible for repair.
2.    The buyer is responsible for all shipping costs incurred.
3.    Please contact us before leaving any negative or neutral feedback. We will work with you to solve any problems.
4.    All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
5.    Accept eligible returns within 7 days of receipt. Pls contact us for return address and RMA# first.
6.    Original payment will be refunded within 5 business days of receiving an authorized return.
