Q1:What is the warranty for the LED products?

A1:For the leds,we have 2 years warranty.And some special offer with 5 years warranty as customers request.

Q2:What is color temperature?
A2:Shenzhen You&my Electronic Technology Co.ltds LED Lighting ofter Led lights in warm, natural,pure and cool white with colour temperatures measured in Kelvin(K). The lower the colour temperature is the warmer the light given by the LED:

Warm white =2700-3200k
Natural white=4000-4500k
Pure white=5000-5500k
Cool white=6000-6500k

Q3:What is CRI?
A3:CRI is a figure which feedback real objects colors.Highter GRI with highter cost.For LED tubes,the CRI is highter than 80. For the outdoor light,the CRI highter than 70 is OK at most of applications.

Q4:What is the AC Voltage tolerance for our LEDS?
A4:Their AC voltage tolerance is +/- 10%.

Q5:Is there cheap shipping cost import to our country?
A5:For small order,express will be best(4-5 working days by DHL/FED/UPS) And for bulk order,sea ship way is best but take longer time(about 3 weeks).For urgent orders,we suggest via air to airport plus our ship partner send to your door(one week time).

Q6: Could you offer OEM led light.
A6:Yes, we offer OEM led light.the OEM leds could offer your customized laber and your color box.

Q7: About Import value and remote fee duty?
A7:1 If you have the request for the declared value, Please tell us the declared value in package, Import duties,taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges.These charges are the buyers` responsibility.
