About Return and Refund

1.      We accept return to get full refund if you dissatisfied the items within 3 days after you received it ,But you must ensure that the phone is in good condition, does not affect the normal use

2.      Return to get full refund, buyer need to bear the fee for returning goods ,please send it back with tracking code ,and ask us address before sending back.

3.      All returned product must be in original packing and in good condition. Otherwise the return will be refused, or just only do warranty

4.      Promotion product(on sale product) only accept replacement or maintenance service.(Except sending wrong item)

5.      If you receive the product after more than 3 days, or not in original packing items only can do warranty, do not accept return to get refund.

6.      If due to force majeure factors caused some small problems, And not affect the normal use you can contact us, we will give you the proper compensation

3.    Artificial damages, include screen dropped or broken, scratches and some other problems incurs by abused, is out of free warranty, customer need to pay freight and repair cost

4.    We provide 1 year warranty ,But excludes accessories

About Warranty Return Procedure

Before send back, please contact us to ask for exactly address for security shipping back

1.    Put your order Number , buyer ID ,and your full name on the memo.

2.    Detailed description of any problems of the mobile phone

3.    Please tell us the tracking number after you send. this is important

4.    Send it back to us by Air Post, do not send by DHL/EMS/TNT (ect Express)

5.    We will check the parcel, when it received will inform you and handle it accordingly
