 OPERATION:

1. To fasten with the clasp.

2. Turn on the machine

3. Set an expected batch

Each denomination can be set an expected batch (from 0 to 999).

Press the ‘SET’ key to select each denominations, and then use the ‘BAT’ key, ‘+’key and ‘-’ key to set the expected batch number.

Press the ‘CLEAR’ key can exit this setting.

Notes:

1.If some denominations set the batch to 0, the machine will not stop this denomination even the drawer is full, unless the ‘START/STOP’ key is pressed or no coins drop down the drawer within 20 seconds.

2. Keep press ‘BAT’ and ‘CLEAR’ Key at the same time, you will clear all the batch setting,press again, you will enter factory reset.

3. The batch setting can be automatically memorized.

4.  Start sorting

Put the coins into the hopper, and press the ‘START/STOP’ key to start the sorting, press

the ‘START/STOP’ key again to stop the sorting.

5. Check the report

Press the ‘REPORT’ key circularly when the machine in standby state can check the sorting results of each denominations. Press the ‘CLEAR’ key can exit this checking procedure.

6. Print the sorting results

When the machine is stop, press the “PRINT” key , you can print the sorting results.

 Machine maintenance and common problems

Routine Maintenance

    A. If you count and sort many coins everyday, you need to clean the glass and counting sensors (with wet cloth or alcohol).

    B. If the rubber worn seriously, please change it in time.

    C. Cleaning test sensor.

Common Problems

    1. coin jamming

       When the machine jams and the coins are not out, stop the machine in time, open the top cover, take out the jammed coins, then recount coins.

       When the coins jam in the channel, take out the disk, and take out the jammed coins. And then install the disk to recount the coins.

    2. Miscounting or coin dropping wrong

       A. The rubber worn seriously leads to coins pressed not tightly, so it appears Miscounting or coin dropping wrong

       B: replace the rubber

          Unscrew the screw and take out the rubber, and then replace the new rubber, tighten the screw.

     3. E1  Machine shows E1 after power on

        A. Clean the Counting sensor and glass.

        B. If A can’t solve the problem, replace the Counting sensor.

4. E2  Machine shows E2 after power on

        A. Clean test sensor.

        B. If A can’t solve the problem, replace test sensor.

     5:  The machine no power

         A: Replace the FUSE

         B: Replace the powerboard

     6:  Display error

         Replace the LCD

     7:  Keyboard no reaction

         Replace the keyboard
