FAQ- Please pay attention before you order

1.Why the fabric color we received has little difference from the computer or phone screen?

Dear, it is unavoidable, because no camera can bring 100% real color as far as now.

If you care about the color difference, please ask us to ship you a small color sample before ordering. 

2.Can I purchase 1 meter instead of 1 lots?

It is ok if you only need 1 meter. Please contact us before ordering, thanks.

3.What is the length for 1 lots? And what is the width?

The length for 1 lots is 3 meters; for 2 lots, it is 6 meters; for 3 lots, it is 9 meters, whole piece no cutting.

4.How can I choose the colors if there is no that color number button ?

There is a color card in the details description of each fabric for you to check.

When you order, please select "Other colors" button, and leave a message for which color number you need.

5.What I select is DHL Express, but why you ship the cargo by TNT Express?

The final shipping way depends on the situation if you select DHL / FEDEX / UPS or TNT Express:

If the fabric needs to be packed into one roll, it will be shipped by Fedex even if what you selected is DHL when you order.

If your address is remoted for DHL which you have selected, but not remote for Fedex, then we will ship it by Fedex. 

If the UPS which you have selected cannot reach your address, then we will ship it by TNT which can deliver to you.
