General description of Wood Pellet Machine Production Line

(The whole ling includes mainly many machines,not all of the machine is necessary.

You can choose  from the machines as you need.)

Step1:Wood Chips-- It is used to crush the logs into sawdust.

Step2: Screw conveyor---It is used to transfer the power to the dryer machine.

(You can also use  man power instead of this machine).

Step3:Dryer-- If the moisture of the power id more than 15%, you can use this machine to

dry.Duing  the drying, the moisture of the material should be less than 50%.

(You also can choose to dry the sawdust naturally.)

Step 4: Screw conveyor--It is used to transfer the power to the pellet machine.
