1. There are two SD slots, but why only the multimedia SD slot work, the GPS SD slot don't work?

Answer: The S200 series item is with Android 8.0 system, the Android 8.0 system don't support map in the outside SD card, the map will be loaded into the internal flash.  That is why the GPS SD slot don't work. 

2. I receive the package, but there is not battery in the remote controller.

Answer: during the internation shipment, it is not accepted the packge with the battery.  The battery will be took out before shipment.

1. Do I need to pay custom duties?

The price on Aliexpress does not include customs tax and fee. Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. 2. How can I update the map in future?

The map we offer for most of the countries is the 2017 version map, the newest map till now. The map can't be upgraded. The way to update the map is to download new version map from the link offered by us yearly. We can offer the link to our customers for download the new map for free if the map companies come out with new version map every one or two years
