Order and Payment

1.The price has to be adjusted frequently in accordance with variables like the exchange rate of the cryptocurrency with fiat, the cryptocurrency's network difficulty, or the expected difficulty increase.

2.Order should be paid within 24h after order submited, otherwise the price will not be guaranteed for the same.

3.Special Provision: This is special customized product. After an order has been submitted and paid, a request to cancel the order, refund any part of the amount or change the item(s) to different item(s) WILL NOT be entertained by the Seller. We advise you to make any pruchase only after careful consideration.

Tax and Customs Charges

4.Any additional tax and charges for customs clearance in your own territory must be borne by yoursdlf. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they might be, because customs policies vary widely from country to country.

5.Customers shoud be be aware that cross-border deliveries are subject to inspection by customs authorities. You are fully responsible for any equipment loss due to the customs' or governmental agencies' action to confiscate, seize, search and any actions, and refund is not accepted.

Shipment

6.You must check the goods well before signing on receipt. If any damage during shipping, you need complain to your dispatch courier and request them for solution or request them to return it back without your receipt.

7.Return of the goods is not accepted after you signing on receipt. If defective, it should be done under repair service within warranty period.

Warranty

The price of miners may be adjusted at any time without prior notice or price compensation to customer.

The after-sales service policy is as follows. 

1.All PCIe connectors on a hashing board need to be connected to the PSU for the hashboard to operate. DO NOT connect more than one PSU to the same hashing board!

2.The power cord is not included, please find one with at least 10A from your local market.Deparate power supply to control board: there is one additional six-pin PCIe connectors on the IO board which must be connected to the PSU to get power. Be sure to power on the miner only AFTER all the PCIe connectors are connected to the power supply.

3.Chassis deformation or heat sink loose, please do not power but contact us soon.
