Made of high quality aluminum alloy, it is durable, corrosion resistant and wear resistant. This product has a 10x wide field of view and a 16x wide field of view eyepiece, provides high magnification for biological use and educational applications. The 1.25 NA Abbe concentrator adjusts the 1.25 NA Abbe condenser button to control the distance of light from the stage and has an iris diaphragm to optimize the amount of light that illuminates the sample. A two-layer mechanical platform, 1 mm segmentation, locks the slider in place, providing precise sliding along the X and Y axes to record coordinates, allowing the observer to return to a specific position on the slide. Forward objective lens converter with four DIN achromatic objectives, with an objective lens of 4x 10x 60x 100x. Independent coarse and fine adjustment knobs provide fast focus. Target lens and nose:
The microscope objective is engraved with various labels: magnification, mechanical tube length / cover thickness. Such as: target 40X: 40 / 0.65; 160 / 0.17 means that the magnification is 40 times; mechanical tube length is 160mm; cover thickness is 0.17mm.
Smooth rotation is ensured by the triple-rotation objective lens converter.
Stage: The low position coaxial knob can be easily operated.
Capacitor: Rotating the disc, it can be rotated, and the user should not disassemble it at will.
Focus adjustment:
The coarse/fine focus range is 20 mm. It is located at the bottom of the left and right sides. Rotating the rough handwheel, the working phase is rapidly reduced or increased. With regard to the miniature handwheel, it can make the stage move up and down fine. There is an index on the miniature handwheel. Each grid is 0.002 mm.

Unpacking and installation:
The microscope package is foam and carton; the main unit is packed in plastic bags, the target is on a transparent plastic box, and the eyepiece is in a plastic bag. Care should be taken when installing.
Adjustment of the microscope:
1. Insert the eyepiece into the eyepiece tube and screw the objective lens into the objective lens transducer at different magnifications from low to high. Then place the sample on the stage, secure it to the position with a tablet, and move to the center of the stage.
2. Turn on the power switch and slowly adjust the brightness from dark to light. After working, you must first adjust the brightness to a darker level before turning it off.
3. First observe the sample from a lower magnification objective, move the sample to the center of the field of view, and then rotate the objective lens at a higher magnification. You can use the fine focus knob to get a clear image. When using a 100X (soil) objective; you should fill the cedarwood oil (without air bubbles) between the front of the objective and the surface of the sample. Immediately after work, wipe with a small amount of wood.
4. In order to obtain a bright and clear image, the illumination must be adjusted. When choosing a different objective, adjust the aperture of the condenser and the different brightness.
5. When the lamp needs to be replaced, turn off the power switch and replace it after the lamp has cooled down. Note: The contacts must be fixed and the center of the filament adjusted.
