Fuel Tank Sump with Built-In Return provides you with a perfect option to maximize fuel delivery, and customization when installing your aftermarket fuel system. Our kit features a one-hole design that only requires drilling a single 3″ hole for installation. Two machined grooves allow for two o-ring gaskets to ensure a leak-free seal. Our sump is also secured to a top plate with two bolts (with sealing washers) for a strong secure seal. The notches on the top plate allow for the sump to be installed without the need of dropping your fuel tank.

Fuel Return

Installation of most aftermarket fuel systems require you to cut and “tee” into your factory fuel filler neck. In some cases, modifications to the filler neck can cause leaks, and also cause fuel pumps to “click off” when refueling. Using the built-in return port, you can easily route return fuel back to the tank without having to modify any other components for a clean and easy installation. Once the fuel is returned through the sump it rises through our stand pipe and back into the tank so the aerated returning fuel is not introduced back into the feed immediately.

Fuel Fittings:

Our Kit includes two 1/2″ black barbed Push-Lock fittings. No need to use hose clamps on our kit! Just slide the hoses up-to the Push-Lock, and move onto the next step of installation.
