Q: Do you test the product before shipping?

A: They factory will test it when producing, and to ensure our customers get a working device, we will test it again before we ship it out.

To pay for your order on AliExpress, follow the steps below:

1. Usually process orders in the next 24 hours after paid, it is better you'll check emails during this time if we have other information needed from you.

2. We can't deliver to P.O Box & can't deliver without receiver's phone Number.

3. Please make sure the shipping address is same as filled in aliexpress order.

4. Brazil customers please tell your tax number (CNPJ No. or CPF No.) if choose DHL or FedEx or UPS.

5. Russia customers please give the receiver's FULL NAME.

6. Germany & Europe customers, please provide the EORI no. if choose "FedEx" Shipping.

7. Remote area fee excluded, for addresses listed in the Remote areas on DHL/Fedex website, will be charged an extra US$35.

We are NOT liable for ANY import tax, custom fee or customs delay. If the parcel is return back to us due to the buyer's refusal to pay the above fees, we would NOT resend the parcel until the buyer complete those fees and pay ALL the return and resend cost. Buyer can not cancel the order or request refund based on the above reason.


We will try our best to help our buyers to minimize the risk of paying the taxes. As our experience, 90% can reach to the buyer without paying any taxes, such as stating the item as sample or gift, but you still find the price is lower than standard even you are chosen to pay the customs!

All items are brand new straight from the factory. In case you receive a faulty item, please contact us within 3 days after sign on the receipt. We will refund or replace it.

Return within 7 days after receipt can be refund (exclude shipping freight)

Return within 20 days after receipt can be replaced.

Return within 1 year from the purchase date can be repaired.

For non-defective returns, there will be administrative fee applied.

Warranty will be voided as of:

(1) Damage caused by: Undue wear & tear, dirt, misused, improper installation or operation, neglect, accident.

(2) Any damages caused by improper packaging when buyers return the item to us.

(3) If the item was disassembled or repaired by unauthorized person.
