Question 1:why it has  not  the sound ?

Answer1:

1)Check the optical port (headport ) weather good

2)Switch to 2.0/5.1 mode on our device .  Restart the audio splitter and observe whether it is normal

3))If step 1)/2) is invalid, please check the hdmi audio output mode of the HDMI source device, make sure to set to PCM or Auto mode

Question 2:why the optical can not output 5.1?

Answer2:

1)Switch to 5.1 mode on our device.Restart the audio splitter and observe whether it is normal

2)If  step 1) is invalid,Please check the HDMI source device(the hdmi audio output mode）, make sure to set to RAW Data or Auto mode

Question 3:why the headport  has noise sound on  5.1?

Answer3:Because this the audio splitter  only has pcm2.0 decoding function, it has not  DTS and Dolby 5.1 signal decoding function.
