 1. When T-1000 controller control less than 512 lamps the frame rate can reach 30fps. When T-1000 controls more than 512 lamps and less than 2048 lamps the frame rate will slow down automatically.

6.File saving:

Rules for naming files:

"00.led" ---------the first effect file

"01.led" --------- the second effect file

"02.led" --------- the third effect file

"03.led" --------- the fourth effect file

OR:

If the impact of file is named: "a.led" b.led "" c.led "" d.led "copy to SD card can also benormal use.

NOTE:T-1000 can saves 16  files to SD card at most.

NOTE: 

Before copy files to SD card ,The SD card must be formatted as FAT format.

The SD card in controller can not be hot-swappable, plug the SD card every time, you must first disconnect the power supply

8. Trouble shooting

Question 1:After power, the T-1000 standard version ERROR indicator has been flashing without display output

answer:The ERROR indicator has been flashing means the controller did not read the card correctly, possible problems:

    (1)SD card is empty, with no effect file.

    (2)The effect file in the SD card and the controller model are not match, please choose correct controller model in LedEdit and then re-create the effect file led.

    (3)SD card did not format to FAT before copy effect files.

    (4)Please check the supply power voltage, the controller can be individually powered to exclude power reasons

    (5)Changing the SD card and then test to exclude the possibility of a bad SD card

Question 2: The controller is powered on, the indicator is normal, but the lamps have no effect change

Answer: The reasons for this are as follows:

(1)Check if the lamp′s signal line and the controller connected correctly

(2)If the TTL signal is received, the lamp and the controller must be common ground, that means connect the lamp′s and the controller′s ground together

(3)Check if the model chose during making display files on the SD card match the chips used in the lighting

Question 3:Controller and light connected, after. Lamps flicker. Controller  indicator to normal.

Answer:(1)The ground wire is not connected between the controller and lighting.

         (2)The file in SD card is bad, Chip model does not match with the actual.

(3)Insufficient power supply.

Question 4:The SD card can not be formatted.

Answer:(1)First make sure the SD card on the side of the protection switch is already open.

(2)SD card reader is broken

(3)Do all of this cant deal with the question. Change the SD card tests again.

  Question: Why don't refund the freight cost? Or how to know when should refund some freight cost? 

      Answer: Whether refund the freight cost or not depened on how many goods don't work. Because you know freight company have some rules, 0.01kg also count as 0.5kg, (that's meaing you order 0.01kg goods and 0.5kg goods freight cost will be the same.) 0.55kg~1kg count as 1kg, so 1.51kg~2kg freight cost all the same as 2kg. If take off the bad goods freight cost was the same, then will not refund the freight cost, only refund the bad goods cost, of course, if  take off the bad goods, freight cost cost less, will refund the freight cost difference and the bad goods cost to you. It is fair for you and our company. 

      Question: How to know it is fair or not about the refund shipping cost?

      Answer: It is easy to know. Because all the goods on your hand. You can test the total weight and the bad goods weight. Base on the freight company rules, you can know the freight cost have difference or not.

3. After you get the goods, if you don't like it and want to return back. No problem, but please make sure the products have not been used, and send them back in 7 days or we will assume that the products have been used. And customer must pay the shipping cost back to China. After we get the return goods, we will refund the product cost to you, but can not refund the shipping cost, because we paid shipping cost to freight company yet!
